Tucson Bike Rental Cancellation and Covid/Flight Cancellation Policies (Jan 1 through May 15)

Please read and understand our policy on canceling a rental bicycle. DUE TO EXTRAORDINARY DEMAND (especially February through April) and that we are one of a few bike rental dealers left in the state of Arizona, we are only interested in taking clients serious about booking and renting bicycles. When you book, be prepared to bike. Booking in advance is a privilege that allows cyclists to guarantee receiving a bike, while contractually obligating us to have the merchandise. Demand this season will far outweigh inventory. We are regularly sold out – especially with bike tours arriving. We do not penalize customers for last minute bookings.
Cancellation policies for rental bikes
* No refunds within 20 days of rental start date
* There is a 20 percent restock fee for all cancellations
Covid relief/cancellation policy
We live in a crazy time and we have an excellent Covid and flight cancellation policy.
* Should renter come down with Covid or have his or her flight canceled, thus preventing your trip to Arizona, you can cancel and receive a FULL credit for three years. When using the credit, we request a 30 day advance notice to booking date.
* We will GLADLY adjust your booking if we have inventory.

No Early Returns
There are no credits or refunds provided for early returns. We cannot rent bikes scheduled as booked from being rented by others.
Mountain Bike/Honeybee Canyon Self Guided Tour Bad Weather Cancellation Policy
There are rare rainy days in Tucson and Oro Valley. We hold the right to cancel any mountain bike booking should we decide we do not want a bike out on the trail. In that case, a refund minus credit card fees will be given.
Late returns will be billed at the DAILY rate. Customers are responsible for their bikes and must treat their bikes as if they are their own. Lost, damaged or stolen bikes are billed at MSRP plus 10 percent.
